The minute we got our red light blanket we took turns in it. Instead of individually having to drive and make appointments for sessions the whole family can now benefit from daily use!
The low power watts it requires doesn’t hurt the utility Bill considering how much we use it.
It’s pricey but it’s something we saved for thru out the year and put it on our vision board for the wellness approach to a life long goal for optimal health.

I take my daily nap with my sauna blanket. The results are hard to put into words. It is warm, relaxing and I get the best power naps ever. I don’t know if I’m getting health benefits, but I suspect I am, Well worth the pice.
Zero regrets. I am a very difficult to please person so me leaving a five star review for a product is unheard of because if something isnt working right with it, I will find it.
This blanket has changed my life. I live in Northern Alberta and its snowing and -17C today. I am safely in my sauna blanket at 160°f watching tv. Not once do I have to step outside to get in or out of a sauna. We all know those cold chills we get walking outside to get in a barrel sauna or whatever kind you normally use but not with this. Just undo the velcro and slide out. So easy. Yes I use a towel inside to lay on, naked. I sweat buckets in this thing and I feel so refreshed. This is a solid product. I do recommend ordering the insert which I did yesterday. I also have their facemask coming so I will leave a factual review for that as well.
it suits well for me. didn't need any redglass an hour before sleep, i put on only orange glasses Brooklyn Blue Light Blocking right away as the sun goes down until the time i go to bed, it makes me go to sleep soo easily, wake up as fresh as the morning air, and helping me back to circadian rhythm, my melatonin starts working by 9pm and finaly get sleep easily at 10pm.
I got these after trying a few pairs off Amzn and also have some blublockers but these really seem to help sleep quality. The arms are a bit short, would be good to get in the 145mm arm length as well because for me they tend to slip off the bridge of the nose. However I did keep these but also bought a pair of Magnums with the 5mm extra arm length and the stay put.
I wore these the other night through the airport and flight and still got a good sleep. Normally after that im wired for hours and have a very disrupted sleep.
Have also been using a few red light lamps around the house at waist height or below (nothing overhead) and I think that this has helped a lot too. I highly recommend doing both.
Ive had thses for 10 days now but it's clear there are defiantly undeniable benefits to blocking artificial blue light before bed.
I have only used the bullet for 2 days on my neck pain ( stiffness ) and honestly after 20 minutes of using the bullet, the pain was gone and the stiffness wrnt a few hours later.
I mainly purchase the bullet for ongoing hip pain ( from a fall back on June 24 ) and in the 2 days of using it the pain is 80% gone.
Im Very very impressed. Highly recommend this quality made little gadget, thats portable and I can just put it on my handbag. It's worth every cent.

Recently purchased after seeing lots of reviews about the benefits of red light therapy. I decided to try their least expensive product to see if I liked it.
So far so good.
It would be helpful if there was a video showing how to use it on your face.
This pouch seems to work well, blocking most signals to my phone. Just the occasional one gets through. My friend tested it with her radiation checker, and levels were emitted from my phone when it is in the pouch are very low.
I love that I can get my reading glasses in blue blockers of this quality. Very, very happy with my purchase!
I love this mini device. It immediately helps with pain and digestive issues. I take it with me when I travel, and I also use it in my bathroom for showering as red light if this sun isn't up yet, or if the sun has already set for the day. I love having it in hotel rooms so I don't have to turn on the harsh lighting there. So versatile!

They do a good job blocking the glare and brightness from screens so in that respect I’m very happy. My only downside is that they fall off easily when adjusting my glasses…it’s understandable though being clip-ons!
This has pretty much replaced my bedside lighting. Also often use it in place of my red light torch as it's so carry around while offering more ambient light. Found it great for travel, especially packed with a full spectrum equivalent.
Light weight and flexible neck make this useful in many home locations throughout the day. Appreciate being able to take good lighting with me when travelling. Would benefit from a charge remaining indicator but easy enough to recharge regularly.

I am extremely pleased with this sleep mask…total black out, have no idea if the sun has come up!! I love that I wake up and my eyelashes are not smooshed flat, thanks to the cut out eye wells! The mask is very comfortable…so glad I splurged on myself, my sleep schedule is so much better!!
This is the real deal: Zero EMF measured with Tri-Field meter, Zero flicker seen with slow-motion video. Standard LED light bulbs fail both tests, miserably.

After reading all the great reviews, I was very excited to get this blanket, and it obviously isn’t inexpensive. I will say it’s very well made and easy to use. I also purchased the waffle-weave shell for some extra comfort. But I’m perplexed. While it is relaxing, I never sweat in it. Am I missing something? Isn’t that the point?

These are a bit pricey but I really like them. The fit is good and they are made well. They also have a stylish look so I don't look goofy wearing them. I'm happy with this purchase. Shipping to US took a few weeks but that's not a big deal.
